Horse - Human connection

IMG_2304.JPG

Imagine meeting your horse in a balanced, dynamic, two-way connection. Instead of having an alpha leader boss over them, they need a trustful partner whom they can breathe with in peace.

If we can just put aside our "I know best" and let them show up in their truth, they will let us know what is the best for them and how we can help, if they need it.

I have met many horses who were chased around until they showed interest to "obey" us, which sometimes is not even a conscious choice from the human. Also many of them were just scared of getting chased away. That is not a truthful connection but rather a forced, fear based one.

We can show you a different approach to horsemanship. We pay attention to everyone's emotions and mindsets.

You can learn how to reduce stress in your horses and improve their understanding and willingness to cooperate with us. It is important to train their mind, and not just make them perform a set of movements. When we experience a "problem" with our horses, it is crucial to improve their mental ability to solve those problems themselves.

One of the best ways to learn about our horses and their needs is to sit down with them while opening up our hearts and all of our senses.

We can guide you through the beautiful journey to find a trusting and truthful connection with your horse.

You can learn how to have the relationship with your horse you have always wanted.

Mindful Equine Bodywork

image000000.jpg

With a holistic and mindful approach, I help horses feel better and give them opportunity ho heal themselves by combining techniques grounded in both human and equine care.

Drawing from my certification in fascia release, as well as my background as a trained human physiotherapist, I offer a range of bodywork services tailored to your horse's needs.

My sessions include targeted massage techniques, gentle stretches, and vibrations of tuning forks to release tension and promote relaxation. Whether your horse is recovering from an injury, seeking relief from stress, or simply benefiting from a deeper connection, our mindful bodywork aims to enhance their physical and emotional well-being.

It is also very important to keep your horse moving. Movement heals! That is the reason, I also experienced in designing track systems (walking path system for your horse).

A track system is an innovative way to enhance your horse's health and well-being by simulating their natural living conditions. Designed as a series of interconnected paths or "tracks," this system encourages constant movement, mimicking the way horses would naturally roam in the wild.

By strategically placing resources such as water, hay, and shelter along the tracks, horses are inspired to move more throughout the day. This increased activity helps maintain healthy joints, improve circulation, support digestion, and can prevent common issues like obesity or laminitis.

Tracks can be customized to include natural terrain, varied surfaces, and even enriching elements like logs or hills, which not only benefit physical health but also stimulate mental engagement.

Bitless bridle - halter

Prioritizing your horse’s comfort and well-being, I design custom-tailored bitless bridle - halters that provide a gentle, effective alternative to traditional bridles with metal bits. These halters work similarly to a side pull, offering clear communication without causing discomfort or stress to your horse’s sensitive mouth.

Each bridle is crafted with care to ensure a perfect fit and is adjustable for enhanced sensitivity, allowing for a more refined and harmonious connection between you and your horse. Whether you're riding for leisure or training, these bitless bridles promote trust, freedom, and a more natural riding experience.

Track system

"Csenge's pasture track mark ups have really helped me get out of thinking in terms of a rectangular turnout as my horses best space to move in. They now have lots more options for movement and I have lots more options for adding fun stuff like logs to walk over, a gravel pile to play in, the opportunities held back only by my imagination. Thank you Csenge!!! "
