About Me
My name is Csenge, and I was born in Budapest, Hungary. I developed an interest in horses by the age of 5, and my parents took me to a small barn. I've always had a special bond with horses, trying to figure out the best way to show up for them. I had an amazing mare named Madonna, whom I got in the winter of 2006. She was a school horse from 2003, where I first learned how to ride. We shared incredible journeys together, building a connection based on trust, understanding, love, and listening to each other. We explored horseback archery, competed, and performed in shows. I also enjoyed experimenting with new techniques and simply sitting with my horses to listen to what they had to say.

At 17, during the summer school break, I began helping others with their horses. "Troubled" horses were brought to me to "fix." Soon, I realized I couldn’t fix the horses because they weren’t broken. It became clear that to create a beautiful, natural relationship between the horse and its owner, I needed to focus on helping the human side. I had to find a way to open the horse owners’ ears, eyes, and hearts, showing them how to truly understand what their horses were saying.
In August of 2009, Madonna, at the age of 16, had a miracle foal named Lestyan. Lestyan was a tiny black mare who spent a lot of time under her mother’s belly.
This gave me the perfect opportunity to observe and learn from a "green" horse—one who had no idea who humans were, what she was supposed to do, or how to behave. It was a raw, pure, and truthful expression of “horseness.”
In 2010, my family and I moved to a farm in Zalaszentlászló with our two horses. Always wanting to help people, I decided to apply to a physiotherapy university in Zalaegerszeg, which allowed me to stay close to my horses and family. During the 4 years of my physiotherapy studies, I learned a great deal about human beings, while at home, I continued to play with the horses and deepen my connection with them, learning how to work together as true partners.
I finished my physiotherapy studies in the spring of 2015, and not long after, I had the opportunity to attend a 2-day lecture in Hungary on horse health care, led by Tomas G. Teskey DVM (a holistic equine specialist and my future husband). That weekend was truly eye-opening for me, as I learned about the deeper needs of horses — barefoot care, dental health, herd life, environment, and much more.
To show how quickly things can change for the better: my old mare had front shoes on because farriers and other professionals told me they were necessary to control cracks. At the time, I didn’t know any better and agreed to use them. However, after attending the educational weekend with Tomas G. Teskey, I finally received real answers to my questions, and they felt right. After the clinic, I called my farrier to remove the shoes and leave my mare barefoot. I then sought help from a skilled Hungarian trimmer to assist with barefoot trimming.

The following spring, I visited Dr. Teskey in Arizona to deepen my knowledge of barefoot trimming and dental care for horses. It was during this visit that I saw a large herd of horses roaming freely across thousands of acres of dry, high desert landscape for the first time.
Time passed, and I moved to Arizona. Tomas and I got married, and we now have four children. After experiencing "Mom Life," I felt a calling to help others with similar challenges I had worked through within myself. It all began with expecting babies and giving birth (the last being a twin birth). As a mom of four, I experienced what many moms go through after years of sleepless nights, little or no "me time," and taking care of the family... I forgot about myself! I had to find a balance between family and self. "If the queen is happy, the people are happy."
I needed help to stay grounded and balanced, both within and beyond. I had a great friend who supported me through these challenges. Then, I found a mindfulness app and began listening to it every night. It became the perfect tool for learning about mindfulness, helping me navigate my inner feelings, thoughts, and cope with everyday challenges. Soon after, I discovered a yoga app, which allowed my physical body to feel cared for. By incorporating these practices into my daily routine, I regained control over my life.
By the time the twins were 2.5 years old, I had managed to carve out some time to play with fresh horses and continue reflecting on how I could help others overcome their challenges, both within themselves and in the horse world.
I knew that to truly help with horses, I first had to help people. So, I became a life coach, mindfulness coach, and a coach specializing in womanhood-motherhood balance. During these years, I also became a Vibrational Therapist, trained in Vibrational Fascia Release Technique (™).
Horses have always played a big role in my life, including riding with the kids. I even packed up the little ones on their backs and went on adventures. Now, with four little eyes around me and Tomas, we are creating the perfect environment for our children to learn about connection to nature, animals, and people.
In the winter of 2023, I began working on my website to create a space for those seeking my assistance. My vision is to help foster a mindful connection within ourselves and beyond, while nurturing a natural and truthful bond between horses and humans.
Teamed up with Tomas, we can provide great help for equine friends to feel better, build a proper physical and emotional foundation, and assist owners in creating a better environment for their horses.
